Job descriptionStrong industry and community networks Experience in training international students Proficiency in using the online student management system, axcelerate 2+ years of teaching experience in the vocational education sector Delivering training and assessment to students enrolled in automotive courses through various modes Conducting regular audits of workshop resources and maintaining workshop equipment Engaging with industry to ensure industry currency Participating in assessment review meetings Complying with training and assessment policies and procedures Maintaining accurate student records Liaising with industry to assess current needs and ensure best practice 8 hour shift Experience Teaching : 1 year (preferred) Driver Licence (preferred) Australia (preferred)
AUR30620 Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology
- AUR40216 Certificate IV in Automotive Mechanical Diagnosis
- Requirements
- Hold AUR30620 Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent
- Hold AUR40216 Certificate IV in Automotive Mechanical Diagnosis or equivalent
- Possess TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or higher)
- Have recent experience teaching in the vocational education and training (VET) sector
- Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Have current industry experience
- Understand RTO operational and legislative requirements
- Hold a current National Police Clearance and driver's license
