    • Monash Health National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Program supports people who have a disability, to help them in their daily life, participate in the community and reach their personal goals. The NDIS program comprises of support coordination, allied health services for both children and Adults. The NDIS Team operates out of several Monash Health Community sites including Springvale, Cranbourne, Pakenham, within participants homes as well as providing supports within community facilities.

    • An exciting opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic and experience Administration Team Leader to join our Monash Health NDIS Team.

    The Administration Team Leader will provide operational leadership to the NDIS Administrational Team. You will be responsible for directing, leading and coordinating a multi-skilled administrational team to deliver an efficient, effective, compassionate, respectful and reliable administrative service. With a focus on safety, customer service and the environment, you will be coaching and using quality principles to achieve continuous improvement and compliance with procedures.

  • What you need
  • Minimum Certificate III Business Administration preferred or equivalent training or demonstrate experience in a similar role
  • Experience in leading an Admin team to achieve high outcomes for participants
