The Role

In this role, you will be responsible for executing daily brewing operations, ensuring consistency and excellence in every batch. You’ll work closely with production, quality, and maintenance teams to meet output targets while maintaining strict hygiene and safety standards. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of brewing science, a hands-on approach, and a passion for crafting high-quality beverages.

Duties include :

Operate brewing systems and equipment across all stages of production.

Follow detailed brewing schedules and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure product consistency and quality

Maintain accurate batch records, cleaning logs, and inventory usage reports

Collaborate with the quality assurance team to troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions

Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to recipe development and process optimisation

Skills & Experience :

Immediate availability to start

Previous experience in brewing (craft, commercial, or beverage manufacturing

Strong understanding of brewing processes, fermentation, and quality control

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment

High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining hygiene and safety standards

Relevant qualifications in brewing, food science, microbiology, or a related field are advantageous
