About the roleThe Electrical Drafter will be responsible for the production of coordinated and consistent drawings / models and act as a lead coordinator in meeting drafting / modelling submission due dates with an eye on consistency and quality.
- Understand and prepare engineering documentation as directed
- Ensure drawings are comprehensively set out and fully dimensioned with reasonable tolerances to facilitate effective construction or manufacture using normally available equipment and process
- Check the drawings prepared by the other draftspersons when directed
- About You
- Must have AutoCAD experience, basic Revit experience would be preferable.
- Confidence working on multiple XREF drawings
- Experience with 2D Modelling
- Experience with Project Wise, Revizto will be highly regarded
- Demonstrated ability to work independently to organise and prioritise demands, handle multiple complex tasks and simultaneously, set and meet deadlines and follow-through within a fast-paced environment with multiple and competing demands
- Strong communication skills (oral & written) including strong negotiation and influencing skills and the ability to establish effective working relationships with a variety of people at different levels both internally and externally.
