Customer Service Officer

  • Casual Position – Eastern Creek, NSW

  • Call center operating hours of 7am till 10pm, 7 days a week

Who we are

TOMRA Cleanaway is the Network Operator responsible for delivering container deposit schemes across NSW, West Zone Victoria and Tasmania. We work with a diverse range of customers from consumers, return point partners and operational service delivery partners – TOMRA and Cleanaway to deliver a world class container deposit scheme for the citizens of NSW.

Your new role

  • 5 Star Customer Service.
  • Data entry.
  • Respond to internal and external customer queries.
  • Answering phone calls on first ring.
  • Manage relationships between stakeholders and provide first line resolution.
  • Manage customer complaints to resolution, following set procedures.

    • Your skills and experience

  • Exceptional phone manner
  • Previous experience in data entry
  • Highly organised
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Intermediate skills in MS office suite are required
  • Previous experience using CRM tools e.g., Sales Force would be highly regarded
  • Understanding of urgency and working towards set KPIs and SLAs
