About this Position

We are seeking a casual Field Service Technician based in Albany to join our team working 3 days per week (24-30 hours) Our Field Service Technicians are responsible for the technical support and safe operation of the worlds leading distracted driving technology solution. This role involves assembling deploying and supporting a range of fixed and mobile platforms that integrate radar & camera hardware with operating systems and communications software. Our technologies involve equipment installed at the roadside real-time sensor and camera interfaces decision algorithms machine learning based detection algorithms file transfer and monitoring systems web user interfaces and cloud-based infrastructure.

Additionally the position requires the safe towing deployment and operation of enforcement trailers which includes conducting risk assessments managing safety protocols and ensuring trailer equipment is properly maintained. This role requires a high level of mechanical and electrical awareness for various maintenance tasks and the ability to work in flexible dynamic environments including interacting with the public and utilising electronic applications for reporting and monitoring systems.
