As a Learning and Development Specialist you will be responsible for the design, development, and delivery of training across our client's frontline teams. This role is an integral part of frontline operations and will work collaboratively with key stakeholders to identify, design, develop and deliver high quality training and learning needs in an organisation that invests in the skills and capabilities of frontline people. This role will Report to the General Manager of Customer Experience, and will play a crucial role in building and leading an effective high performing L&D function while having a strong focus on achieving business goals.
