As a real estate cadet, you will be working under an experienced group of property managers,sales agents and working closely with the office director.

To be successful in this role, you will need a focus on customer service, good time management and computer skills, and a willingness to learn. A current driver's licence and own car are essential. Ongoing training and support and a positive team environment are provided.

• Open for Inspections
• advice on renter selection / owner liaison
• Preparation of condition reports and lease agreements
• Bond Lodgements
• Key management
• Maintaining invoicing for owner utility accounts and onboarding of water (renters)
• Lunch reception relief
