About Us

Workers Lifestyle Group is renowned in western Sydney for being the "Best in the West" and currently has a vacancy for a positive and focused All-Rounder to join our highly motivated and driven team at Hubertus Country Club.

The Workers Hubertus Country Club is located in Luddenham in Sydney’s southwest growth corridor. The Club is situated on 25 acres of land and is directly adjacent to the Badgerys Creek International Airport, Sydney’s long awaited second international facility.

About the Role

In this All-Rounder role, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :

  • Operating our automatic 7-seater Courtesy Bus to drive Club patrons safely to their homes
  • Assisting in back of house kitchen areas as a Kitchen Hand
  • Building rapport with Members and Guests from diverse backgrounds
  • Assisting Members and Guests with enquiries and requests
  • Working in our Housekeeping, Bar and Gaming Area, including beverage service, TAB and Keno
  • Delivery of great customer service experiences accurately and efficiently; and
  • Maintaining cleanliness of our service areas.

    • Requirements

  • Unlimited NSW Drivers' License with clear driving record
  • Current RSA, RCG and ARCG qualification is essential
  • Current First Aid certification or willing to obtain
  • Previous experience in Hospitality is preferred
  • Willing to work in smoking areas
  • Be available to work Wednesday - Sunday, day, evening and weekend shifts as required
  • Able to meet the physical requirements of the role including standing for long periods of time
  • While this role will predominately be based at our Hubertus Country Club in Luddenham, you may be required to work at the other venues as needed
