Contractor Tow Bar Installer

About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Contractor Tow Bar Installer to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining tow bars on a variety of vehicles.

Your expertise will ensure that our customers have safe and reliable towing setups.

Responsibilities :

Install tow bars and related accessories on various vehicle models.

Perform quality checks and ensure installations meet safety standards.

Conduct pre-installation assessments to ensure correct fitting and compatibility.

Diagnose and troubleshoot any issues with tow bar systems.

Provide excellent customer service by explaining installation processes and addressing customer questions.

Ensure all installations are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Maintain accurate records of work completed and parts used.

Requirements :

Proven experience in tow bar installation or similar mechanical work.

Strong knowledge of vehicle electrical systems (for wiring to the tow bar).

Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Own tools and transportation (preferred).

Ability to work with various vehicle types, including cars, vans, and SUVs.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Previous experience as an auto technician or mechanic is a plus.
