Job Description

Design and implement state-of-the-art technical solutions on the Salesforce platform.

Lead and mentor a team of technical resources, ensuring best practices are followed.

Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders and system analysts, to understand requirements and develop appropriate solutions.

Analyze long-term requirements for corporate systems and make recommendations for implementing custom applications.

Interact with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to drive complex deployments.

Ensure system performance, security, and scalability while minimizing the total cost of ownership.

Qualification & Skills

Bachelor's degree in computer science (or equivalent area) with a minimum of 8-10 years of related experience.

At least 5 years of experience as Senior Developer role on Salesforce platforms.

In-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture, including sales clouds, service clouds, marketing clouds, etc.

Demonstrate proficiency in multiple newer Salesforce technologies like Einstein Analytics, Lightning Web Components, etc.

Excellent comprehension of Salesforce development documentation and coding standards.

Ability to direct the implementation efforts according to architecture design.

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and influence the decision-making process.
