• Leasing
• Open for inspections
• Liaising with the Property Mangers
• Application processing
• Condition Reports

We are looking for individuals, who are highly motivated, eager to learn, possess a professional attitude, already have exceptional administration skills & property management knowledge and are genuinely committed to developing a career.we are not looking for someone who just wants a job!

Hours : Monday to Saturday 9 : 00 am to 5 : 30 pm with a day off during the week

• Highly accountable and looking to work with other with similar values & work ethic
• Is immaculately presented and is able to conduct themselves in a professional manner
• Has strong computer skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Experience in a similar role
• Current Agents Representative Certificate
• Knowledge of the relevant Victorian legislation
• A preference for those that have used Property Tree, Inspection Express or Inspect Real Estate
• Has a solid employment history
• Displays strong attention to detail
• Is available for an immediate start
