Clerk Grade 11 / 12 with salary starting at $139, 787 plus superannuation and leave loading

Ongoing Full-Time (35 hours per week)

Location : Parramatta / Flexible

Opportunity to be part of a brand-new leadership era within NSW Fair TradingOffice location – The role is open to all NSW applicants including those located in regional areas (the ability of travel to Sydney, including Parramatta may be required on occasions)ongoing

The Manager Automotive leads a dynamic team of automotive inspectors and complaint handlers who resolve disputes and inquiries that cover motor vehicle purchases, repairs, dealer guarantees and warranty disputes. Additionally, where a trader has not met their legislative responsibilities, this role leads the team to action a range of regulatory options such as education, investigation and / or compliance action.

The role offers an exciting and challenging opportunity to :

Play a key and strategic role leading people delivering regulatory services including the co-ordination of timely responses to emerging consumer harms

Provide specialist advice, briefings and customer insights on innovative strategies and solutions to support change and business improvement

Influence and facilitate change initiatives to improve processes and systems to integrate best practice methodologies in line with business priorities and legislation

Provide authoritative representation and strategic advice to both internal and external stakeholders on regulatory requirements and customer centric service delivery

Collaborate in a dynamic and agile environment to develop solutions and deliver results

Essential requirements

Tertiary qualifications and / or professional / industry accreditation and / or relevant industry experience

Salary Grade 11 / 12, with the base salary for this role startingat $139787 base plus superannuation
