SSAM Korean BBQ Ringwood is looking for team members to join!

• Full Time only
• Working time : between 10 : 30am - 3 : 30pm and 4 : 30pm - 11 : 30pm

Full time : yearly salary can be start from $55,000 to $60,000.

1.Management Experience : Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role is crucial. This could be within the restaurant industry or in other fields, as managerial skills are transferable.

2. Customer Service Skills : Strong interpersonal and customer service skills are essential.

3. Team Leadership : Restaurant managers need to lead and motivate a team of staff, so leadership and communication skills are vital.

4. Inventory and Supply Chain Management : Experience in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring efficient supply chain operations is valuable for controlling costs and maintaining quality.

5. Problem-Solving : The ability to handle customer complaints, resolve conflicts among staff, and address operational challenges is essential.

6. Marketing and Promotion : Familiarity with restaurant marketing and promotional strategies can help attract and retain customers.

7. Technology Proficiency : Proficiency in restaurant management software, point-of-sale systems, and other technology tools used in the industry is increasingly important.

8. Adaptability : The restaurant industry can be fast-paced and unpredictable, so the ability to adapt to changing circumstances is valuable.

9. Customer Relationship Management : Building and maintaining relationships with regular customers can help drive repeat business.
