Omni Channel Performance Coordinator

As our Omni Channel Performance Coordinator, you'll play a key role in how customers discover us online, executing and optimising campaigns across SEO, SEM and Affiliate channels to drive traffic, conversions and repeat purchases.

Working closely with our Omni Performance Manager, Specialist, and agency partners, this role is hands-on in campaign management, reporting, and optimisation, ensuring our performance activity aligns with the marketing calendar and delivers strong results.

How you will spend your day Manage daily campaign activity including bids, budgets and keyword optimisationMonitor competitor activity and share insights with our agency partnersCollaborate with Marketing & Design teams to deliver assets that are on-brand and on timeReport on campaign performance weekly, monthly, and quarterlyTest, learn and adjust spend across campaign types to maximise ROASBrief in performance assets to ensure alignment with our brand pillars and marketing calendar About You Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM & Affiliate channelsA numbers-driven mindset, with confidence managing budgets and reporting outcomesStrong attention to detail and the ability to optimise for performanceCollaborative approach to working with marketing and agency partnersCuriosity, energy and a passion for testing new ideas and driving resultsStrong communication skills and an ability to work collaboratively across different teams Make Home Your Career Our people are everything to us, and we're big believers in making our workplace fun and energising.
