• About the role

We're looking for an energetic

• Service Advisor
• to join our busy Automotive Service Department based in Kirrawee. We are seeking a high performer who will be the face of our newly renovated Kirrawee Service Centre dealing directly with our customers who are servicing their vehicles.
• This role is Monday to Friday 7.30 am to 5.30 pm.

As we are a multi-franchise service centre, our employees have options to gain exposure to numerous brands.

• What will a day look like?
• Open from 7 : 30am you will meet and greet customers as part of our "_Driveway service" _in a casual setting (no suits and tie here).
• You will confirm booking details, providing general advice and support in identifying what repairs / maintenance needs to be done.
• Liaise between workshop and customer for any repairs, sales or warranty operations required.
• Cost / invoice paperwork for each customer.
• Overall; establish and develop effective customer relationships
• About you
• Previous or current experience as an Automotive Service Advisor -
• highly regarded
• Proven experience meeting and / or over achieving Customer Satisfaction Targets
• ERA / ERA Net Experience - highly regarded
• You will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service to our customers
• You will thrive in a busy, high volume environment
• You will have sound computer experience with the ability to learn new systems
• You will have a can do approach where no task is too hard
• You have the ability to build rapport with our valued customers
• Current NSW Driver's License
• Ability to work Monday to Friday 7 : 30am to 5 : 30pm
