Logistics Project and Change Manager

As the L ogistics P roject and Change M anager youll play a pivotal role in delivering seamless people c entric logistics solutions that drive efficiency digitisation and measurable business impact.

What Youll Do

Drive Project delivery via managing project team and business st akeholders

Lead Change management and stakeholder engagement partnering across the ANZ project team operational logistics transport vendors warehouse operations and external TMS vendor to deliver alignment and clarity.

Drive functional implementation of new TMS capabilities across all project stagesfrom concept & ideation (C&I) through user testing and training to go live support.

Ensure seamless integration between digital TMS solutions and ANZ physical logistics operationsincluding business units transportation vendors and warehousing teamsworking collaboratively to embed fit f or purpose user centric processes.

Manage project risks & issues proactively driving controls escalation and mitigation strategy to keep the project on track.
