Job Description : JUNIOR BREWER

Boatrocker Brewers & Distillers is seeking a Junior Brewer to join the team in Melbourne’s South East. The successful applicant will preferably have a minimum of one year's experience, although we will consider candidates with less experience who demonstrate strong potential. This is an excellent opportunity to work across a wide range of high-quality beer types.

We are looking for our new brewer to be :

• Knowledgeable of brewing techniques and processes
