What you'll be doing

Leading your team

Hire, train, conduct performance reviews, and resolve any employee issues

Exceeding customer expectations

Inspire your team to provide exceptional service and achieve sales goals

Stock management

Oversee stock receiving and storage, ensuring minimal wastage and efficient transfers

Team development

Provide 1-on-1 feedback and support to help your team grow

Celebrate success

Acknowledge your team's achievements and create a positive work culture

Safety first

Ensure safe work procedures are followed at all times

Positive & proactive

You lead from the front with a can-do attitude and thrive in motivating and engaging others

Certifications

You either have or are willing to obtain an RSA
