Job descriptionBerwick Mitsubishi is NOW RECRUITING additional Buying Liaisons to assist in purchasing pre-owned vehicles for resale. As a Buying Liaison, you will Work in a small to medium team environment buying pre-owned vehicles over the phone and online platforms Action and follow up warm leads Conduct thorough vehicle inspections through online photos and videos Provide exceptional customer service over the phone Utilise your strong negotiating skills to achieve desired outcomes Skills and experience required No prior Automotive experience required Customer focused with a friendly and enthusiastic approach Excellent communication skills Highly driven and self motivated Proven ability to achieve KPI's and sales targets within a fast paced environment Fast learner with the ability to follow process and procedures Valid Victorian Drivers Licence Ability to complete a successful National Police Check You will be required to work Monday - Saturday 8 : 30am - 6pm with a RDO to be taken during the week.
