    • About the Role
    • As a Customer Support Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive outstanding support and assistance. You will be the primary point of contact for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction.

      Working within a collaborative, innovative and supportive work environment, this position reports to the _Manager Customer Support. _

      An example of your responsibilities or duties you may perform will include :

    • Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various communication channels
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and third party vendors to resolve issues and escalate when necessary
    • Ability to identify, analyse and resolve technical issues efficiently
    • Manage or oversee projects and specific tasks, delivering comprehensive feedback and reports to the Supervisor on all matters affecting customer support delivery
    • Independently manage the documentation creation process, contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives through knowledge articles.
    • Enhancing service delivery processes by actively participating in continuous improvement efforts, cross referencing Knowledge Base articles and aligning with online policies and procedures.
    • There are two (2) full time positions available at a HEP 5, $75,329 - $86,527 classification working 36.75 hours per week over a continuing contract period.
