  • This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful family-owned business, and work alongside a small and friendly office team.

    • Fergys Food
    • has been in the wholesale and bulk baking industry for over 25 years. We are based in Dandenong South and have 130 employees. We supply delicious, quality, baked pastry and bread products to the hospitality and retail sectors 7 days a week.
    • We are looking for a someone with a positive, friendly attitude, with a high attention to detail. Someone who is highly organised and motivated, who has a creative mind for problem solving, who delights in being fast, accurate, and efficient.

      We are looking for a team player who fully supports all sectors of the business, and who is happy to support with ad-hoc tasks and general administration.

      Full training is provided.

      Developmental opportunities exist for the right person.

    • About You
    • We are looking for someone with a passion for people and a passion for accuracy. You will provide exceptional customer service, and interact professionally and creatively with customers and employees.

      You will :

    • possess an energetic, out-going, friendly personality and a calm phone manner
    • have outstanding attention to detail and excellent time management
    • have high accuracy and a great memory
    • have strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
    • be IT savvy and be able to learn our SSI software quickly
    • have previous experience in a phone-based customer focused role
    • be highly fluent in the English language
    • be able to problem solve, use your initiative, and think outside the square
    • be able to work independently and multi-task, seeking guidance when conflicting prioritises arise and sharing problems with the team
    • This is a full-time position. After sufficient training you will able to work every third weekend on a rotating roster.

    • Pay : $47,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
