- be IT savvy and be able to learn our SSI software quickly
- have previous experience in a phone-based customer focused role
- be highly fluent in the English language
- be able to problem solve, use your initiative, and think outside the square
- be able to work independently and multi-task, seeking guidance when conflicting prioritises arise and sharing problems with the team
This is a full-time position. After sufficient training you will able to work every third weekend on a rotating roster.
