Ability Action Australia is one of the largest providers to the NDIS, supporting over 10,000 participants annually with the care they need, when and where it is needed. #AAA adopts a multi-disciplinary team approach, building quality support services around the needs and goals of our participants and their families.

Job Description

We are expanding our team in Campbelltown and are seeking a passionate and dedicated independent Speech Pathologist Contractor to join us in making a positive impact in our community.

We welcome applications from Speech Pathologists in Campbelltown with experience working with NDIS participants.

In this role, you will :

  • Manage an allocated caseload and deliver therapeutic services efficiently
  • Provide speech pathology services to participants in schools, homes, and the community
  • Use clinical observations and standardized assessments to develop tailored treatment goals
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to enhance participants' quality of life
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will have :

  • Current SPA registration as a Speech Pathologist
  • Experience working with NDIS participants
  • Relevant insurances including Public Liability, Professional Indemnity, and Comprehensive Car Insurance
  • Police clearance, Working with Children Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Active ABN
