We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced restaurant manager in busy Mornington Peninsula Cafe / restaurant.

Located within 70KM from Melbourne’s CBD this opportunity provides a good work life balance. You would be charged with looking after a team of 15 floor staff including casuals.

Passion for excellence in service and managing the front of house team.

The administrative and reporting functions.

Have the ability to manage a busy operation with a dynamic team
