  • Servicing and repair of material handling equipment in a dedicated territory and customer base – Help Crown build positive customer experiences
  • Use of latest field-based mobile technology to manage your daily work schedule
  • Inventory management on your company-allocated service van & customer sites - Deliver professional service

    • Typical Tasks and Duties :

  • Conduct scheduled and breakdown services for customers
  • Assist in preparing quotes through job completion
  • Record notes and maintain service documentation
  • Access advanced training and opportunities to mentor less experienced technicians

  • Keep abreast of industry trends, new products, and services
  • Partner with the company to maximize sales and service across a dedicated customer base
