Job descriptionMedical Science Liaison Officer to work cross functionally & build sound relationships with key external medical experts (EEs) identify medical & scientific needs through an in-depth understanding of the therapy area. About the Opportunity Engage & build sound relationships with External Medical Experts in the designated field identifying medical & scientific needs. Drive & support key medical projects & expand therapeutic concepts ensuring quality use of products. Communicate & partner with scientific & medical community to identify & implement scientific programs aligned with the Brand Strategy. Collaborate cross functionally with Brand Team to develop & execute strategic medical & scientific plans aligned with business objectives. Develop & maintain extensive knowledge of the designated therapeutic area. Effectively liaise with key internal & external medical experts to design, develop & implement key scientific projects. About You Tertiary qualifications in Pharmacology, Pharmacy, Nursing, Biosciences, Public Health or Epidemiology. Specific experience in Pharmaceutical / Biotech industry within a MSL capacity. Sound therapeutic & scientific knowledge & the ability to interpret scientific data. Experience in Hepatology therapy area is highly desirable. Excellent presentation, interpersonal & communication skills. Strong negotiation, influencing & leadership skills. Sound business acumen skills & strategic mindset. Ability to work independently & build sound external relationships.
