An opportunity to join a luxury bedlinen, bedding, furniture, storage, homewares, kids & nursery company as their Creative Director. In this role you will be accountable for brand marketing creative outputs, and acting as the guardian to the brand creative identity.
ResponsibilitiesLead Omnichannel brand and product marketing creative to meet business objectives and commercial outcomes, in alignment with brand and product direction.Collaborate closely with product team to understand product trends and seasonal directions to ensure accurate translation into marketing communications.Direct photography and videography, from concept ideation and art direction, through post-production, including proposing photographers, videographers, stylists and casting.Lead and inspire brand creative teams, including graphic design and photography styling team, to develop and execute creative outputs.Oversee creative workflows for Marketing Design and Photography studio team to deliver on time, to budget, and to marketing & channel requirements.Establish and foster creative ideation sharing and understanding between brand and product creative teams.Key SkillsExperience with Digital, Photography and Video creative concepts and execution.Strong appreciation for commercial outcomes.Experience with Print Production and retail store creative.Previously managed a team of people.Understanding of the full consumer journey and Omnichannel creative requirements.
