Capitol Health has an exciting opportunity for an experienced

  • Medical Liaison Officer
  • to join our team in Melbourne's Northwest in a
  • Full-time
  • capacity.
  • Working independently and with stakeholders to grow our referrer base
  • Responsible for growing the Northwest Victorian portfolio

Working closely with our operations and clinical teams, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and increased market share by managing existing relationships, creating new relationships, and increasing referrals in your portfolio. The

  • Northwestern
  • portfolio includes clinics such as
  • Sunshine, Footscray, Carlton and St Albans.
  • Responsibilities
  • Developing and managing strong relationships with our key stakeholders
  • Manage referrer management system Dynamics 365 to plan, monitor and measure performance
  • Drive growth in sales revenue and procedure numbers in your territory
  • Work with the Operations Managers to develop and execute territory business plans
  • Develop and maintain working relationships with clinic staff, operations managers and other stakeholders, to support exceptional delivery of service
  • Obtain referrer feedback and share market trends with Management, Radiologists and Clinic Supervisors, to achieve business objectives and targets.
  • About You
  • This role would suit a motivated individual with the drive to achieve great business objectives. You will also have;
  • Medical sales and territory management experience
  • Health / anatomy / diagnostic imaging background is extremely valuable
  • Strong work ethic and a team player
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret and analyse data
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Excellent presentation skills coupled with strong verbal and written skills
  • A current Australian Driver's License is
  • required
