Harrison School is seeking a dynamic and collaborative person to lead learning and wellbeing as an integral member of our P-10 leadership team to implement the School Improvement Plan and Action Plan.
This role requires you to :
- Implement an effective, results-oriented PLC model.
- Build teacher and LSA capacity through effective coaching, mentoring and instructional leadership.
- Maintain strong family partnerships and a positive learning culture
- Eligibility / other requirements
- Prior to commencing in this role a minimum of four years full time (or equivalent) tertiary study leading to the award of a recognised school teaching qualification; a current full teaching registration with the ACT Teacher Quality Institute (TQI) (or eligibility for teacher registration with the ACT TQI)
- A current registration issued under the _Working with Vulnerable People (Background Checking) Act 2011_ is required. For further information on Working with Vulnerable People registration refer to - Working with vulnerable people (WWVP) registration (act.gov.au)
