  • The Position, but not limited to
  • Efficiently manage the office reception and oversee operations, communication, and planning
  • Maintain facilities, confirm contracts, and handle office functions
  • Serve as the main contact between the company, staff, and office management
  • Provide administrative support to Sales Executives and the Director
  • Key sign-in / out
  • Greet visitors and offer refreshments before guiding them to meeting rooms
  • Digitize, store, and archive documents efficiently using office systems or cloud-based storage
  • Process sales listings and contracts
  • Work with vendors and settlement agents for sales
  • Help the Leasing team with creditor invoices when needed
  • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding

  • The Criteria
  • Sales or office admin experience in real estate - Real Estate registration preferred but not essential
  • Adaptable and can multitask
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills
  • Strong time management and administrative skills
  • A highly motivated and a positive "can do" attitude
