With production underway at Paulsens and Kal East, a robust project pipeline and rapid exploration across our tenements the Company has a clear vision of sustainable multi-operation gold production.Most importantly, we are building a strong team of highly engaged and motivated individuals, who are committed to building a positive and fun workplace culture, making Black Cat a great company to work for!If this sounds like something you want to be involved in, we are looking for a Fixed Plant Fitter at our Lakewood Processing Plant.The position is FIFO from Perth or residential from Kalgoorlie.The roster is 8 / 6, day shift only.About the OpportunityThe Fixed Plant Fitterperforming preventative, planned and breakdown mechanical maintenance and statutory checkson the mill and associate infrastructure to ensure ongoing reliability and efficiency.Key accountabilities include : Complete daily mechanical activities of allocated sections.Undertake routine and statutory inspections of all fixed plant machinery and identify potential issues.Troubleshoot machine components to determine causes of failures when required.About YouWe are looking for people with positive and motivated 'can do' attitudes, able to work collaboratively, and with a diverse range of people across all levels who understand we are all in this together.In addition, we require the following : Australian recognised Trade Certificate.Demonstrated fault-finding and diagnostic experience on fixed plant equipmentNationally Accredited Forklift License (or ability to obtain).Elevated Work Platform Certificate (or ability to obtain).Dogging Certificate (or ability to obtain).Gantry Crane Certificate (or ability to obtain).Confined Space and Working at Height (or ability to obtain).Western Australian Unencumbered "C" Class Drivers Licence.If you would like to know more about any of the above opportunitiesand to be part of this exciting opportunity, we would love to hear from you.
