As the Endeavour Foundation continues to grow and support the community and workplace as a leading disability service provider, we have an exciting opportunity for a
- Communications Advisor
- to join our close and values driven team based at our Head Office in Cannon Hill on a fixed term contract. This role is pivotal to our Communications Team who effectively executes the communications strategies for the organisation.
This role will include :
- Managing aspects of the writing, creation, and production of eDM's,
eNewsletters, scripts, presentations, digital and other print collateral. This
includes research, writing and editing, proofing, production, and distribution.
- Providing high-level, accurate, timely and strategic communication to support
initiatives, campaigns and services delivered by Endeavour Foundation
- Delivering monthly reporting on the effectiveness of communications.
- Establishing and maintaining effective professional relationships and lines of
communication with all relevant stakeholders.
- Demonstrating a client-centred approach to all interactions.
- Providing quality advice and support to effective communications, including
content for presentations, events, speeches, and key initiatives.
- What will you bring
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or Public
Relations or another relevant discipline or experience
- Exceptional organisation and time management skills.
- Strong service orientation with excellent written and verbal communication
skills, to ensure clear and concise information is engaging and presented
and understood by audiences.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering communications campaigns, plans
and activities
- Ability to understand the drivers and needs of different audiences, and tailor
communications appropriately.
- Ability to be self-motivated and prioritise workload and requests according to
business priorities.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook,
PowerPoint) and systems relevant to the role.
