We are seeking a proactive and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team.

Salary Range : $70,000 to $85,000 per annum

Role : Full time

Location : Gregory Hills NSW 2557

Main Duties :

• Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and schedules to ensure the smooth execution of solar and battery installation projects.
• Coordinate and oversee program activities, ensuring alignment with technical specifications and customer expectations.
• Address and resolve queries and concerns from both internal installation teams, electricians, and external stakeholders such as clients and suppliers.
• Monitor project performance—including delivery timelines, installation quality, and compliance with solar / battery rebate program requirements—and provide updates to management, recommending adjustments as necessary.
• Manage project documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards, rebate schemes (e.g. STCs, ESCs, VEECs), and contractual obligations.
• Identify and manage risks associated with solar PV and battery rollout programs, developing mitigation strategies as required.
• Provide administrative support to senior project managers, including assisting with budgeting, resource allocation, procurement coordination, and tracking of equipment deliveries.
