- Newcastle Mental Health Service (NMHS) - Greater Newcastle Acute Care Team and Care Coordination Team are acute adult community mental health teams that provide individualised client care for mental health presentations.
- The teams are both located at James Fletcher Hospital Campus in Newcastle CBD, across the road from Newcastle beach.

This program will support the development of skills and knowledge across a range of areas focussing on leadership, advance clinical skills and research and quality improvement.Each transitional nurse will participate in a structured educational program including clinical skills days provided by mental health experts, access to mentoring by senior clinicians, access to the Mental health pathway in Practice program, and scheduled training offered by HNE services.Benefits :
