- The Opportunity
As an APAC Field Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for building the marketing plan and developing and executing solutions-based campaigns that leverage a combination of digital, events and seminars (3rd party and OpenText), PR and customer success stories.
You will report to the Senior Director of Marketing for Asia Pacific who is based in Sydney and work closely with the Account Development, Direct Sales, Solutions Consultants and Partners & Alliances teams to ensure campaigns are well integrated and meeting the pipeline needs of the business.

- Having a strong focus on in-market execution and yet thinking / acting strategically to support long-term growth of the business
- Owning and leading campaign planning, development and execution - integrated campaigns with elements of digital, face-to-face and tele
- Owning the timely execution of the regional marketing plan with emphasis on identifying net new business opportunities within enterprise accounts
- Delivering campaigns that exceed pipeline build targets ($value and #volume) and won revenue
- Working closely with sales and account development to execute account-based marketing programs that generate sales qualified leads, pipeline and revenue
- Adopting and championing the use of digital techniques to drive demand and tangible pipeline for the business - a digital first mindset
- Working closely with business stakeholders such as the Sales Leader and his team across APAC to ensure strong sales and marketing alignment
- What It Takes
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a B2B enterprise software marketing role with a proven track record of developing and executing integrated, multi-channel campaigns for large, complex accounts that achieve target goals including leads, pipeline, and revenue.
- Proven track record of successfully partnering with sales teams
- Self-motivated, able to work autonomously, innovative, collaborative, multi-tasker, creative and analytical with above average oral and written communication skills
- Project management / organizational skills and the ability to successfully manage multiple initiatives
- Salesforce and marketing automation (preferably Eloqua) experience
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications or related field is required
