About the RoleWe are currently seeking to appoint a Workforce Analyst with a leading NSW Government agency. This role is responsible for providing lead and supports the development of a workforce analytics roadmap that provides quality people data and meaningful insights that drive informed decision making.
Key accountabilities includeMonitor, analyse and report on key Cluster / Agency people indicators to support the development of workforce planning and people strategies and ensure that they are aligned with the organisation's business objectives.Support the work team in development of performance indicators and systems for monitoring strategies, particularly newly introduced programs, to ensure initiatives and programs are contributing to the achievement of business objectives.Support the research of current workforce management technologies to ensure recommendations can be made to adopt the most appropriate technology for the organisation to develop the required analytical capability to effectively manage the Cluster / Agency workforce.Provide advice and support to Cluster / Agency management and People Practitioners to interpret workforce metrics and strategic insights to ensure evidence-based decision making.Assist with the development and delivery of statutory and monthly reports, including performance and management reports, to ensure reporting requirements are met.Provide suggestions and insights for the development of business cases and improvement initiatives to ensure informed business decisions are made with accurate, current and relevant information.Demonstrate the five ways of leading behaviours to deliver organisational outcomes for our customers, our people and communities for the greater good.About YouKnowledge of data analytics, workforce planning, with a broad exposure to People and Culture programs and issues.Sound analytical and problem solving skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Benefits of contracting through Ashdown People5th largest supplier to the NSW GovernmentGet paid weeklyOffer Insurances for ABN ContractorsConsistent communication & transparencyDetailed onboarding & support
