About the Role As an Applications Support Officer within our Information & Technology Management Services (ITMS) team, you'll play a vital role in supporting the digital tools that enable our staff to deliver housing solutions across Tasmania.

Key Responsibilities Provide Level 1 support for business applications.Deliver training and education programs to build digital capability across the organisation.Collaborate with ITMS and business units to ensure our digital environment is fit-for-purpose.Support a culture of inclusion, innovation, and continuous improvement.What We're Looking For Skills & Experience Strong customer service focus in an IT support environment.Experience in developing and / or delivering workplace technology training.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.Desirable Qualifications Certificate III / IV in Information Technology or Training & Assessment.Mandatory Requirements Current Tasmanian Working with Vulnerable People Registration (Employment type).Ability to satisfy pre-employment checks including : Conviction checks (violence, sex offences, drugs, dishonesty, serious traffic offences)Identification verificationEmployment disciplinary historyLocation & Hours Employment Type : Permanent full-time (76 hours per fortnight)Work Type : Day work; part-time hours may be consideredLocation : Homes Tasmania - Information & Technology Management Service - Statewide – specific location negotiable with the successful applicantNote : This recruitment process may also be used to fill future vacancies (full-time, part-time, fixed-term)If you have trouble accessing these documents, please contact Scott Miller using the details below.
