• Key Responsibilities
• Promote and encourage a team approach.
• Provide a customer service approach and maintain a fair, courteous and respectful manner in dealing with clients and customers
• Provide a high-quality security service at client locations.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Provide security escorts as required.
• Report and record security breaches and incidents.
• Respond promptly to incidents.
• Take a problem-solving approach to conflict situations and recognise the need to escalate situations to the manager / supervisor for attention as appropriate.
• Qualification
• QLD Security Licence with Crowd Control component (Essential)
• First Aid with CPR (Essential)
• Responsible Service of Alcohol (Desirable)
