The Role
As Commercial Property Manager, you’ll take ownership of a high-quality portfolio, predominantly industrial assets, with the support of a collaborative team. This role offers autonomy, variety, and the chance to work closely with engaged and well-aligned clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee a portfolio of properties
- Manage leasing negotiations, market reviews, and renewals
- Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and capital works
- Conduct regular property inspections and provide proactive asset advice
- Prepare and manage financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with owners and tenants
