The client

Our client is a leading Australian developer with a high performing development team, which is kept busy acquiring and delivering residential apartment and mixed-use developments in Sydney. They are led by an impressive and award-winning Head of Development who has a proven track record of supporting his team in their career development. If career progression is important, this developer always looks internally first when promoting their team.

The role

This is a newly created role where you will be part of the mixed-use development team. This will see you working on some stunning landmark mixed-use projects. Our client has a development pipeline of over $5billion, which consists of multiple residential sites that are in various stages of the development lifecycle. Key responsibilities will include :

• Assist and Manage Feasibility Studies on Existing Developments
• Assist with Due Diligence on Potential New Acquisitions
• Assist with Development Delivery
• Preparation of Reports
• Assist in the Preparation of DA Submissions

Skills & experience

To be considered for this position, you will have current experience in residential development as an Assistant Development Manager in apartments and mixed-use projects. Other requirements include :

• Tertiary Qualifications in Property or Equivalent
• Feasibility Studies & Due Diligence Experience
• Solid Understanding of Development Applications
• Experience in Assisting with Project Delivery
• Strong Communicator & Relationship Builder
