What you'll do

Embed data governance practices across TLC, including metadata management and data ownership

Assess and improve metadata quality in collaboration with data custodians and business teams

Support the rollout of governance processes and contribute to AI governance framework development

Provide coaching to projects on integrating governance into delivery workflows

Champion a data culture through awareness, engagement, and enablement activities What you'll bring

Hands-on experience implementing data-focused solutions, governance processes, oversight and associated support.

Deep analytical skills, excellent communication skills and change management skills

Curiosity and adaptability to support emerging AI governance and strategic adoption

Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate insights effectively

Familiarity with metadata repositories and tools like Collibra What you'll get
