Our zesty crew is looking for YOU – are you our next Centre Director / Nominated Supervisor to join our beautiful boutique service…The Lemonade Stand Early Education, located at the beautiful scenic Bribie Island… Our family-owned boutique (57 place) service is looking for the right person to fit our long standing dedicated team of professional educators. Heavily connected to the local community with Beach Kinder, Turtle program, Conservation, Library, Music and Sports. Are you an inspiring leader with a passion for early childhood education?

The Role : As the Nominated Supervisor, you will play a key role in shaping the day-to-day operations of our service.

You'll lead a dedicated team of educators, ensuring they deliver high-quality education and care while meeting all regulatory requirements.

Your leadership will help create a positive and engaging environment for both children and educators.

With your deep understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and National Quality Standards (NQS), you'll ensure that our service maintains the highest standards of care and education.

This role is all about leadership, role modelling, innovation, support and guidance.Immediate Start available.

In return for your dedication, you'll receive mentoring and support from the experienced childcare Approved Provider and Operations Consultant, ensuring your continued growth and success.

The Details : Working hours : 5-day position, 38 hours per week (Full-time)

What We're Looking For : An ACECQA-approved Bachelor of Teaching / Education in Early Childhood Education, or a Diploma of Children's Services (or equivalent)

Leadership experience, ideally as a 2IC or Service Director.

Current Working with Children Check for Child-Related Employment / Blue Card.

Training in child protection (Identifying and responding to children at risk)

Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis Certifications.

Comprehensive knowledge of the NQF, NQS, and the Early Years Learning Framework

Strong skills in team building, conflict resolution, and performance reviews

Familiarity with CCMS software preferably Smart Central

An understanding of social media tools like Facebook and Instagram to enhance communication

Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)

A commitment to developing strong relationships with families and staff.
