The Project

CPB Constructors in Alliance partnership with Sedgman SC Joint Venture (SCJV) has been selected by BHP to undertake the Western Ridge Crusher Project involving construction of a new primary crusher a 12kilometre overland conveyor radial stacker and associated stockpiling systems with a capacity of 30Mtpa.. The Project is located on Nyiyaparli Country approximately 21 Kilometres southwest of Newman in the Pilbara region of Western Australia. Works are commencing now and will go through until mid2026.

Join CPB Contractors as a fulltime employee and contribute to the success of one of Australias largest contractors. Engage with industry leaders from project startup working on a flyinflyout (FIFO) basis with a balanced 20 days on and 8 days off schedule.

We have opportunities for experienced Pipe fitters to join our team.

Our minimum requirements for this role are :

• Certificate MEM30319 Certificate III in Engineering Fabrication Trade
• EWP & Scissor lift ticket
• Completed Fire Extinguisher Training (PUAWER008B or CPPFES2005A or MSAPMOHS212A)
• Ability to read Isometric drawings and use a pipe threading machine
• Conduct flange management
• Proven experience within the construction or mining industry
• Flexibility & adaptability to changing environments
• Strong safety awareness
