SENIOR WATER SERVICES COORDINATOR

A highly respected engineering consultancy with a strong reputation across NSW and Queensland is seeking an experienced Senior Water Service Coordinator to join their growing team. The Role

You will play a key role in the coordination and delivery of water infrastructure projects across Sydney Water jurisdictions. Responsibilities include :

• Acting as the key liaison across developer works and accredited providers
• Drafting and designing Sydney Water assets (potable, recycled, wastewater, and stormwater)
• Supervising construction activities and carrying out mandatory Sydney Water inspections
• Coordinating with Sydney Water’s AIS and Networks teams for inspections and shutdown planning
• Preparing Flow Management and Isolation Plans (FIFM), bonding requests, and all Sydney Water applications
• Mentoring and supporting junior team members

About You

We’re looking for a proactive and organised professional with :

• A degree in Civil Engineering (or related discipline)
• Minimum 6 years' experience in water service coordination or civil engineering
• Familiarity with Sydney Water accreditations (e.g. FIFM, W1, W2, W3, S1, S2) – desirable
• Strong understanding of WSAA and Sydney Water codes and specifications
• Hands-on experience with AutoCAD; 12D experience is a bonus
• Excellent communication, time management, and stakeholder engagement skills
