CIL is an insurance division within Suncorp. We are an inbound Contact Centre primarily responsible for the sales and service of CIL Insurance. We are looking for passionate and customer focused individuals to join our team in Adelaide. We are a driven team that has a strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service through our various brands.
As a Customer Service Representative, you are focused on ensuring our customers feel valued when they contact our team. Your role is to connect our customers with products and services that meet their needs and protect their assets. You will enjoy achieving KPI's while delivering exceptional service, speaking with customers over the phone and using your initiative to understand their needs and provide solutions.
We operate Monday to Friday 7.30am to 7.30pm and Saturday 7.30am-5.00pm (ACDT). Therefore, you must be available to work a rotating roster across this span of hours. All rosters are provided 4 weeks in advance.
