We are a creative agency who specialise in content creation and influencer marketing through once in a lifetime travel experiences. Job Brief

We are looking for an organized and creative videographer to work with our creative team to plan, film, and edit video content according to client briefs. The videographer's responsibilities include ensuring that the necessary filming equipment is available for use, directing other camera operators on set, and editing film footage.

To be successful as a videographer you must be able to understand client briefs and work creatively to produce the desired product. A good videographer should stay up to date with industry trends and tools that will make projects more marketable.

Responsibilities

Film videos on set or on location.

Ensure that equipment for a shoot is present and working.

Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.

Ability to build out storyboards and treatments

Plan the shoot with the creative team and the client.

Edit footage in post-production.

Direct other camera operators (when necessary) so that the needed footage is acquired

Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.

Keep up to date with industry insights and analysis and feed this information into the rest of the Komodo team, and ensuring we are reacting to industry changes.

Requirements

1 - 3 years' experience in a relevant role is desired

Experience as a videographer or in related field.

Demonstrable video shooting and editing skills with a strong portfolio.

Proficiency with required software

Proficiency with camera equipment

Manual dexterity, physical mobility, and some physical strength / stamina

A strong eye for visual composition.

Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

Able to give and receive constructive criticism.

Ability to work under deadline pressure

Experience in motion graphics is desirable

Salary : $80,000 - $90,000 (+super)
