Job BriefWe are looking for an organized and creative videographer to work with our creative team to plan, film, and edit video content according to client briefs. The videographer's responsibilities include ensuring that the necessary filming equipment is available for use, directing other camera operators on set, and editing film footage.
To be successful as a videographer you must be able to understand client briefs and work creatively to produce the desired product. A good videographer should stay up to date with industry trends and tools that will make projects more marketable.

ResponsibilitiesFilm videos on set or on location.Ensure that equipment for a shoot is present and working.Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.Ability to build out storyboards and treatmentsPlan the shoot with the creative team and the client.Edit footage in post-production.Direct other camera operators (when necessary) so that the needed footage is acquiredContributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.Keep up to date with industry insights and analysis and feed this information into the rest of the Komodo team, and ensuring we are reacting to industry changes.Requirements1 - 3 years' experience in a relevant role is desiredExperience as a videographer or in related field.Demonstrable video shooting and editing skills with a strong portfolio.Proficiency with required softwareProficiency with camera equipmentManual dexterity, physical mobility, and some physical strength / staminaA strong eye for visual composition.Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.Able to give and receive constructive criticism.Ability to work under deadline pressureExperience in motion graphics is desirableBenefitsSalary : $80,000 - $90,000 (+super)Hybrid workingSnacks and Drinks provided in the officeTaking your birthday off as an additional day of annual leave (if your birthday falls on a weekend please request either the Friday or Monday off so you don't miss out)50 Creative bursary - This is an annual amount which you can use towards anything which gets your creative sides of our brains flowing.Company laptop provided if requiredOnce you have worked with the company for a year you can work abroad for a week.2 charity events annuallymonthly socialsAccess to a Mental Health First Aider - reach out to Claire for further information.Wellness Wednesdays - 12 : 00-12 : 30 pm every Wednesday.Job TypesFull-time, PermanentSalary80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per yearSchedule :
