Test Analyst

The Role

We're looking for a collaborative and detail-oriented Test Analyst to join our Testing team. You'll be responsible for planning, designing, managing, executing, and reporting on functional testing across a range of platforms and systems—ensuring high-quality, stable software releases that meet business needs.

Your New Team

You'll join a passionate group of testers, developers, BAs, and product owners working in a fast-paced Agile environment. As part of the Technology division, you'll contribute to collaborative team ceremonies, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement through our Testing Community of Practice.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning and retrospectivesDefine acceptance criteria and the definition of done with the end-to-end teamDesign, document and execute manual test cases in XRAYEnsure traceability of test cases to business requirementsReport, manage, and help resolve defectsDevelop regression suites and collaborate with automation testersEnsure deadlines are met without compromising on qualityContribute to continuous testing improvement and support risk and compliance practices

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 3 years' experience as a Test AnalystExperience in Agile environments with solid understanding of Agile testing practicesStrong knowledge of BDD, TDD, risk-based testing and the testing pyramidHands-on experience with tools like JIRA, XRAY and ConfluenceExcellent communication and collaboration skillsProactive, adaptable, and able to take initiativeDesirable : ISTQB certification and / or tertiary qualifications in IT
