Reporting directly to the owner of the business, thishands-on BDM role, with specific focus on building and acquiring new clients. Some account management of key accounts maybe required as will the ability to bring existing relevant networks / contacts tothe offering and open targeted clients.

Responsibilities Daily hands-on business development activities to build,develop and deliver on sales activities for new client engagementManage budgets in line with the Director to ensurecontrollable expensesEnsure sales processes are in line exceed customer needs andto enhance customer satisfaction.Conduct assessment and reviews of prospective clients, for ongoingsales pipeline developmentProfessionally represent the business at industry functions,exhibitions, sales events and client interactions all time.Your Profile As well as having excellent selling and commercial skills, thesuccessful candidate will ideally possess : Strong sales experience in a B2B industrial andmanufacturing environmentProven ability to optimize the sales process with customersAbility to drive sales performance to manage key accounts forsuccessful and profitable outcomesExpertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financialmanagement for profitability.Effective people and communication, and ability to work withina team and autonomously.The is a WFH / hybrid sales role and your time will be spent targetingclient, be it in person or online.A valid driver's license will be required.An industry competitive base salary plus super is on offerfor the successful candidate.Base $120K Plus Super + Commissions.
