We are employing Maintenance Officers (Handypersons) to complete general repairs, preventative and grounds maintenance tasks for a Residential Aged Care client located in the Castle Hill NSW area.
This role would suit someone who has good all-round trade knowledge and skills, can do a bit of this and a bit of that and who has a can do attitude.
Primary duties include :
- General repairs (installing or repairing basic hardware, patching and painting)
- Some grounds work (pressure cleaning pathways, maintain lawns and existing gardens)
- Preventative maintenance (schedule checks to ensure safe operation of tools and equipment)
