Recruitment Consultant

MARS Recruitment is looking to hire an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Perth based Healthcare division.

Within this role you will be working in a fast-paced agency environment with responsibilities towards job-seekers and hiring managers alike. To be considered, you will have experience in end to end recruitment.

The position will be full-time and located at our brand new beautiful offices in Perth CBD, overlooking the Swan river. There is annual competitive remuneration on offer (negotiable depending on skills) plus superannuation and one of the best commission structures on offer.

• Responsibilities
• Creating advertising material specific to the role
• Short listing and interviewing
• Perform reference checks
• Marketing to prospective clients
• Maintaining strong relationships & rapport with existing clients
• Responsible for the full recruitment process from hiring planning to sourcing to selection and day one readiness
• Managing and updating of internal database
• Providing recruitment and labour-hire solutions to clients
• Skills and Experience
• Proven experience working as a agency recruitment consultant
• Focused on client relationship development versus pure sales and cold calling
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively with team members
• Performance driven
• Well developed communication and interpersonal skills
